her attorney is related to her
my ex wife's lawyer is her brother-in law. she takes me to court all the time because she said she wants to waste my money. I now cannot afford a lawyer to represent myself because this is getting crazy. is there anything i can do??

If you believe her applications are without merit and are designed to harass you, and you can back up your assertions with proof, the next time a motion is made, or perhaps make your own motion to the Court asking for sanctions, costs and a protective order based upon your ex's frivilous motion practice. If the Court agrees she may be fined and otherwise sanctioned by the court.
