audio taping conversations

my husband and i co own a house we are getting a divorce. he has been taping me while he isn't here and without my knowledge. conversations between my son and myself and me and my son. I would like to know if this is legal and admissable?

No, he cannot tape you.

Suggest you bring the situation to the attention of your attorney. You may also wish to call the police.

Once you document the facts, they can be considered by the court in giving you exclusive occupancy of the house, while the divorce is pending.
