Legal Question in Family Law in New York

going back to court

I divorced a divorce attorney. so when we did the agreement there were alot of things i did not know. But now the things that are in the agreement he is not living up to his responsibilities. ie paying aftercare expenses $350.00 a month. There are lots more examples but I want to know can I go back to court if he has not paid for what is supose to in over a year.

If your ex is not living up to the agreement, you certainly can go to court to enforce it.

One also could question the agreement itself. Did you have your attorney review the agreement before you signed it?
