Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I would like to know if I can take my ex back to court to increase child support payments. My ex earns $75,000 working as a mechanic. He also has a 2nd job working as a mechanic off the books 2 days wee. His 2nd income was never factored into his child support obligation. I know he is making an additional $25,000 yr. His child support was based on 80% rule in force 2 years ago. We have 3 children ages 4,6,8. He pays $180 wk which barely covers weekly groceries. My divorce was finalized 1 yr ago and the legal fees almost bankrupted me.

See CSSA (Child Supports Standards Act). Sometimes child support can be modified-depends. Not enough info here but you do need to get an attorney here to make sure everyone receives the right awards/decisions.
