Legal Question in Family Law in New York

banking imformation

I have primary physical custody of my children and am still married. Do I have the right to go to my wifes bank and ask for her bamk statements, and I know she is hiding money how do I find it? I know she has had an address where she doesn't live prier to her moving out, I assume a po for her banking imfo. How do i find all this imfo. I know thats more than 1 question. thanks

NO. Marriage to someone does NOT give you rights over her personal business or accounts. Without a Court Order requiring the Bank or other, to disclose info to the Court, not to you directly, usually, You and Bank would be in violation of the law.
