Legal Question in Family Law in New York

hello my name is Belinda and I just wanted to know information about my case I am a waiting on a court case and I was wondering how does the court handle man who have the two different family's does the percentage goes for all the same or is it different for each family like I have the one do I get 17 percent or does his other case gets included. I also want to know what does the court does to a man who isn't working so when he shows up at court his pay check is low

The court will not consider the second family unless the children live with you.
