I am in a bitter seperation battle with my husband. We were together since 2001 and got married in 2005.i did work support the home in paying the monthly bills. in the latter part of 2005 i became ill and in 2006 i was diganosised with multiple sclerosis and was approved for social security disabilty in may of 2006.my disability paid the mortgage on our hiome when i couldnt work anymore and since we relocated in 2007 and my disability goes towards the rent. we seperated in october of 2009 and he agreed to pay me 140.00 a week to help pay my bills and to buy the things that you cannot with food stamps to live like a normal human being. since going to family court he feels he doesnt have to pay me anything and the judge wants me to prove that i am disabled. what are my options and since we still are married is he legally responsible for me.

You are exploring your current options. You may be entitled to support but not for long since the marriage was not that long. As to how much depends on how much he makes.
