Legal Question in Family Law in New York

block visitation?

I am the non-custodial parent with visitation. My new husband was offered a good job out of state. If i leave NY will i be granted block visitation if i go to court or will i have to fight for the right to see my sons? Also what exactly does block visitations entail?

Thank you
