Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My boyfriend was accused of Domestic Violence by his ex girlfriend this is not true what can he do to proof his innocence?

Proving his innocence is like proving a negative. Other than an alibi or disinterested witness who can corroborate his story his best possibility is to take the case to trial and make the DA prove their case. Cross examination of the complainant along with convincing testimony from your boy friend can make a difference. Remember that most trials are a crap shoot.
