Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My boyfriend is in a NYS prison and would like to file for divorce. He has one child with his wife, but they do not have any money or property. She doesn't want the divorce but he wants out asap. Is there assistance of any kind that we can seek or sliding scale fees because we do not have any money? He tried to have other inmates assist him, but they do not know how to properly complete the paper work. I have already sent him the packet from the county clerk's office. He will be using the "no fault" ground.
