Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My ex boyfriend of 24 yrs. today is filing a child support claim, in NY, for my son of 19 yrs of age, who lives with my ex. My son is working for his father off the books. What can I do about this and is this against the law?

Your ex must reveal his true income to the court. Just because he is working off the books does not mean he can get away with paying less support.
