Legal Question in Family Law in New York

my brother and his wife adopted my son. the childs mother and me where using drugs we have both been drug free for 2 years. can this adoption be reversed .mother is now in school for cna iam a carpenter seeking work funds are not there to pay at this point. i need to know if it is possible
