Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am being brought up on false charges in family court in order to get me removed from the house hold what do I do?

This is a fairly common ploy used by evil people to have someone removed from the home. It is immoral and illegal, but unfortunately, there is is nothing you can do about it other than to defend yourself the best you can in family court. Try to get witnesses, pictures, etc. and talk to an experienced family court lawyer.
