Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I currently have a case in family court Brooklyn,NY. I live in Bronx, NY the other party doesn't live in my state she lives in PA. how can I have the case moved to the Bronx.

To have the case heard in the Bronx, file the case in the Bronx. If the case is in Pennsylvania, file a motion in PA to change venue to Bronx County. The correct forum is determined by both subject matter and personal jurisdiction. Hiring a lawyer will probably be your best move.
