Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can I have my case moved into a different court if an involved party on the opposite side works for the court? Is this not a conflict of interest. I feel I am being unfairly treated due to this persons affiliation with the court is there anything I can do to stop it?

A. It would depend on whether he or she works for the Judge. Otherwise, probably not.
