What are the chances of my unborn son's father getting visitation rights if he is a youthful sex offender. The offence occured when he wa 16 and he is 21 now. He malested 2 boys

The fact that he was a convicted sex offender does play a role. However, there are many other factors that the Court will look at. Furthermore, the Court may not deny visitation altogether. Instead, the Court may grant supervised visitation.
