change birth certificate

can my ex wife change the father (me) on the birth certificate with out my being informed? she claims I am not the father of my son, eventhough I am on the birth certificate

The record can be changed by court order. You should be noticed on such a proceeding unless you have waived your rights or have done something else that could bar you from asserting them as a matter of law.
