Need help changing a name
I was wondering if you can please give me some infow on how to change my baby's name you see her name is stacy mari blankenship_michel and i want to change it to stacy mari michel

To change the child's name you need to do a name change application to the Supreme Court. Does the father of the child agreed to this name change. The father of the child is going to have to sign documentation as well as the mother of the child.
