Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child care payment

I have been ordered to pay 104 in child care in addition to child support of 403. The child is 11 years old the order say i have to pay every year. till what age do i have to pay this amount. the document does not state when it ends. I would also like to have a lawyer represent me but I live in north carolina and the court is in oneida county NY. how can i go about this.

Re: child care payment

Day care paid is usually a percentage of the amount due. Therefore, when the custodial parent stops paying for daycare, you should also cease paying for daycare.

For an attorney in Oneida County, you should contact the local bar association.
