Child Custody Cost
I need to give someone custody of my duaghter prior to entering the military. How much is it to do so approximately, and what is the easiest and most innexpensive way. When I want to regain custody, how long is the process usually?

The first issue is whether the other biological parent consents to the arrangement.
Assuming that the other biological parent consents (must be in writing), or if the biological parent no longer exits, I would prepare a revocable power of attorney together with a written agreement outlining custody arrangements. There should be no reason why the Family Court has to approve the initial arrangement.

This is a problem for many people who are being activated, etc.
You do not mention the status of the other biological parent.
With the consent of both parents, a transfer of custody could be accomplished without difficulty.
