Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child custody

the father of my children is refusing me to talk to my kids during the day, he will not give me the address that they will be staying at and the babysitter which is his girlfriend refuses to answer my calls. What are my rights and what can be done?

Go to the Family Court right away. They will have you file a complaint against your ex and he will have to provide that information unless there is reason to believe that you will disrupt his visits with the children if you have the information.
