child custody

I have full custody of my two children, my ex husband was ordered to pay child support,he got no visitation nothing can I move from the state where we lived in to another state without telling him and if I do can he stop me from moving

Re: child custody

If you have sole custody and the other parent does not have visitation then you can move.

However, the other parent may request visitation again.
