Child Custody

I would like to know how do i go about gving my sister complete custody of my 4 month old son .

Good Day:

Assuming the child has lived in the state of New York for the last 6 months, the proper procedure would be for your sister to file for custody in Family Court. The chid's father will have to be served with the papers as well and named in the family court papers. If you would rather not go that direction you could simply have an attorney draft a custody agreement giving her custody. Good Luck
