Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Child custody questions a
Due to my ex-wifes cheating and constant spending of money I had to go down the route of cruel and unsual treatment to obtain a divorce while I was deployed for 15 months. She had an abortion with her boyfriend when i was deployed so I couldnt prove adultery. She had continued to tell me that I would have 50% custody, which I do have joint. The papers state I only have visitation with in reseanable circumstances. She is now moving 5 hours away which disruptes my visitation since I work with the military and do not have flexible hours. There is no visitation plan on paper. I would like joint physical custody . Also i would like to know how I can pay child support to her through the state.

Talk to the state about their services and you don't always get what you want with child custody. Retain a lawyer if you want to fight over it.
