Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child custody

1. I have a son with a woman in Germany and i had paid child support for 10 years.

2. She had another child with another man and made me sign a paper in german wich said that i was the father of the other child. I dont speak, read, write german, but i sign the letter not knowing what was the letter for.

3. Right now i am fighting in a german court, to deny the paternity, even though the mother agree that i am not the biological child. But the mother wants me to pay for child support even though i am not the father.

4. I am afraid what will happen if she wins the case in germany, can the government in germany take money from my paycheck for a child that is not biologicaly mine from another country.

5. Can i request and press charges against the mother here in the states, since i am a U.S. citizen who got framed by this german woman.

6. Do i have any rights, that could protect me here in my state.
