child custody
my wife and I recently had A child,she has four children from A previous marrige,with physical custody of the two youngest.the father is A deadbeat dad,that is constantly months behind on child support payments. I am their provider,and would like to move from new york, to South carolina.Is that possible?

That depends on several factors. But first, does the mother plan on moving with her children and you? If so, there is a standard the courts use to determine if the move is in the best interest of the children. You need to speak to an attorney.
