Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Child Custody

My wife's wants custody of her 16 year old sister. Her parents have no problem with this. What do i have to do to make this happen. I live in NY i am 22 and my wife is 21.

Your wife should file a custody petition with the court. Her parents can consent to the order of custody. I can prepare the appropriate paperwork. Please contact me.
