Me and my ex wife have joint coustody of our daughter, with phycial placement to me. Can my daughter move to my ex' house when she turns 16 without any kind of court order?

Yes. You and your ex-wife can consent to the modification of the settlement agreement. The modification must be in writing and acknowledged before a notary public.
