child neglect reporting

If someone contiually turns me in falsly for child neglect/abuse is there a way to find it out for sure who it is? How do i put a stop to it?

Unfortunately, no. In order to encourage reports of child abuse and neglect, Child Abuse hotlines guarantee confidentiality to callers. This does not mean, however, that Courts cannot and do not draw conclusions about the identity of such callers. If you and the other party have a particularly antagonistic relationship and you can show either circumstantial evidence or other proof that it is this person who is making the calls, the Court can conclude that that person is, in fact, making the calls.
