Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I had a child while my present husband was still married.
I have been happyly married for 2 years and I have a 3 years old son. My husband was separeted from his first wife two years before when we met. And the divorce when on for 5 years. He has 4 children from this marriage. My husband did not fight any of her demands and so the judment of divorce is not fair. He has to pay 46% of support & tax debt payment of her company that she had before they where married(which he was cleared by other court) my husband father put away money for the kids education and is also in the agreement that if she doesn't receive this money my husband is responsible to provided for this amount left in a trust. He is also responsible for keeping the kids medical coverage which he does. They declare bankrob and he was not able to get representation without his father signiture. My son was born in 2000 and they where divorced in 2001. She has recently sent a letter from her attorney wanting thousands of dollars for numerous aligations.
She has not been compliant with the visistations. I have not been allowed to meet the children. And my husband has to beg her to see the children he sees them once a month.His oldest 17 years old he has not seen for over 2 years. He loves his children and feels terrible.
