Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If I had my child for residency for 2 weeks every other month(12 weeks a year), and now have her more time which is every monday (overnight), and every other wed, thurs, fri overnights could that hold grounds for a child support downward modification..

Generally, the answer is no because you are still not the custodial parent of the child.
