How long do you have to supply child support in New York State if you are the non custodial parent?

The age of majority in NY is 21.

The NCP parent must pay child support until the child is 21, or is sooner emancipated.

Generally it is the responsibility of the non custodial parent to pay child support up until the child reaches an age wherein he can take care of himself, and that age has been determined to be 21 in the State of New York. But other factors may be at issue here.
