Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Child Support - Bad Relationship

I recently moved out of my mother's house in December of 2001, and I left on bad terms. My father filed for support in March of 2002, and was denied because the court said I have no relationship with my mother. My mother has made no attempts to contact me since early December of 2001. How can my father get her to pay child support? I am 19, and a full-time college student.
