Child Support Calculation

Is child support calculated on just the father's income if he is married? Or is the wife'income also used?

Child support is calculated upon an obligated parent's wage, income and assets, from whatever source.

That means that, If a parent has income from resources jointly owned with his/her spouse, or the spouse is supporting the obligated parent, the Court can calculate child support upon the parent's presumptive share or interest in the "marital" income and property, that may have been generated by the sole efforts of the spouse. Or, even existed prior to the marriage.
