I would bring in proof of payment.

Family court is only interested in the amount you are paying. If you are paying the entire amount of the lease but it is in your mother's name then bring in that lease and do something to demonstrate proof of payment. Your mother testifying or bank statements showing where the cash is coming from would do. You would be better off having legal representation to assist you. This can get ugly.
