child support case

if a spouse who is married to their spouse who works and they support that spouse. Do the one who works pays their spouses child support.

Technically the parent is the one obligated to provide support for his/her child. However, the court can impute income to your spouse based on information about his means of living he provides to the court. Imputing income means that if he says that he receives gifts or that his expenses are covered by another, then the amount of those expenses paid for can be considered income for the purposes of child support.
