Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child support collection

Im currently being penalized in two different states (NY & MA) for the same child, but I don't think thats right, pls clear my mind. I've written letters to the two collection units but I continue to be ignored. I'm at a lost right now and don't know where to go to get assistance.

I do not understand your question. What do you mean by being penalized? Are you paying double child support? Are you in arrears in 2 states? Please clarify.
