Child support during college

How long is my husband required to pay child support for our daughter while she attends college.

Re: Child support during college

If you are in NY State, child support terminates at the age of twenty one. A court cannot under any circumstance order child support past that date. Some parents do agree in a settlement or separation agreement to the payment of child support past the age of twenty one. When there is such an agreement, the court will enforce it.
