Child support
I had custody of my daughter.When she turned18 she left tn. And went back to n.Y. And her mom sued for child support. Even though i had legal custody of her. Am i obligated to pay?

This is an odd situation. Ny mandates that child support be continued after 18 for certain purposes, but u no longer have custody because she is now an adult. So although she as an adult chooses to live with mom, ny may order some financial support.
