child support

if your daughter has been living with her boy friend for 3 years, and now she is pregnant from him, now she moves back with her mother for a while and wants to get on public assistance, because her mother says so and is putting her up to alot of things. She is going on 19 and she lives in brooklyn and now she going to live in Albany NY, can she get child support out of me again even though she is not my responsibility. Thats what her mother is telling her to do, plus the mother has a record and is a crack addict.

Upon the facts presented it would appear that your 19 year old daughter is emancipated and not owed support. There are exceptions to this rule however and you may wish to consult an attorney to review this question in light of the specific facts involved.
