child support
If my daughter moves out of her mother's home into her own apartment, do I need to continue paying my ex wife child support? Do I need to pay my daughter child support now that she is living on her own? She is 18 years old and no longer a full time student.

Usually the support ends at 18 if she is not going to school. What does your divorce decree say? If there isn't a divorce agreement, what does your support order say?
