child support HELP!!!!!!!!!!
my daughter will be 21 i have to serve her papers in order to stop paying her child support but i am always told she in not home what happens if i can't serve her with the papers?

I don't understand why you have to serve her at all, most often support ceases automatically at 21 unless an agreement says otherwise. There are however ways to serve that do not require personal delivery.
