Child Support When On Disablity

I'm going to have sugery soon. My question is must I pay child support for the time that I'm on disability? My income will be much, much lower.

Re: Child Support When On Disablity

You continue to be responsible for child support unless the court says otherwise. You must apply to the court for a modification of support - even a temporary one - during you disability. Good luck.
