Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Child Support
my ex-husband amended his IRS 1040s for the past 10 years. He claimed at our divorce he only earned $45,000 a year as a divorce lawyer.........His amended states he made $131,000 that year......I now want to go to supreme court to get ''retro-active child support for my 3 child'' since he lied about $. I will represent myself (pro'se) what legal forms should I file??? Our divorce stipulation has been thrown out and since I do not have money to get a new attorney I am allowed Discovery of his assets.........what legal forms can I file for his discovery? and what form for the retro-active child support? I have heard that denial of travelling and Passports taken away until child support is up to date. We are talking about phoney child support for the past 17 years that never changed not once.
