What are the factors of addendum d in relation to the variance from the percentages?

The primary factors that courts usually consider in deciding whether to make an upward deviation from the Child Support Standard Acts percentages include:
1) the gross and relative incomes of the parents, and
2) the standard of living of the child or children pre-divorce.
If the court perceives an ability to provide the child or children with a higher standard of living, quite often it will do so.
