Does joint physical and legal custody in NYS lower C.S. if Dad has child half the time?

If you have the child living with you for six months out of the year and you pay for the child's living expenses while the child is with you then these expenses should be deducted from your child support payments.

If the child only visits you on holidays and weekends that is not half of the year.
