child support
i kicked my daughter out in feb, she is 18, but threatent me. now my ex who has not payed 17 % of his gross income( less then that) wants me to repay all the child support im still getting from jan til present.

Has he filed a Petition for Termination? If he has not then you are not ordered to return any monies. However, if he does you may be directed to pay unless you can prove that he was ordered to pay an amount by the court, that he failed to pay.
