Child support

Can the use of or lack of use of the child support payments be challanged. In other words can i [ i pay 98k per year aliomony and child support] challange the lack of apparent use of the funds for the designated purpose..

There is a presumption that the child support payments are being used for the care and maintenance of the child.

However, I do think that $98,000 per year maintenance and child support is excessive in total.

This amount can be challenged at any time by a competent attorney. For that amount it is worth a shot.
