child support

is there a law on how much they can garnsish from my s.s disablity for child support i get 1,194 and they take from me $976.00 a month leaving me at poverty level i have a wife and step children please don't tell me to go to court again i been there and nothing gets done. and can s.s. insicts on a paternity test i know the child might not be mine but she put my name on the birth certicate she refuse to give me one

I would get a lawyer pronto. Then make a motion to determine paternity and a downward modification of child support.
