does a non custodial parent have to continue supporting his nineteen year old daughter, in new york, even if she is employed full time, and makes more money than he does?

Whether a NCP still has an obligation to support a 19 yr old daughter, working in NY and making more money than the NCP, depends on a number of factors.

The child's employment must be "permanent" rather than a summer or temp job; or school intership or work program.

The NCP CS obligations in this case, may also depend upon what is still required of the CP in continuing to support and (maintain a home) for the "child."
